The HGSE Student Council is comprised of 2 representatives from each degree program* (Master's and Doctoral). For Master's representatives, nominations are provided by Program Assistant Directors after the formation of the Program Student Advisory Board (SAB). Students must be a member of their program Student Advisory Board to be considered for Student Council.
Student Council will be convened bi-weekly by the Director of Student Affairs and the Associate Director for Community Building and International Student Support. There is a flat structure within the Council such that all student representatives have equal authority within the organization.
