Dialogue Across Differences (DxD) Lead

Pratyush Rawal serves as the Dialogue Across Differences (DxD) Lead at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In this role, he works across HGSE to develop programs, trainings, and opportunities that help students, faculty, and staff engage constructively across differences in perspective, identity, and lived experience. His work includes leading the school’s DxD strategy, developing learning resources, and facilitating multiple dialogue spaces.

Pratyush is a 2024 graduate of the Master in Public Administration program at the Harvard Kennedy School. Before joining HGSE, he contributed to the Candid and Constructive Conversations initiative at HKS. He is also the founder of Sadbhavna.in, an India-based initiative that equips young people with the skills and opportunities to engage constructively across social and political differences.

Originally from Kanpur, India, Pratyush is particularly interested in how educational institutions can foster cultures of curiosity, empathy, and constructive disagreement.
