###    Do I need a ticket for the events?  expand\_more  

Graduates do not need tickets. Your guests will need tickets to access the University Morning Exercises and the HGSE Diploma Ceremony.

 

 



###    How many tickets will I receive?  expand\_more  

All graduating students will receive two (2) tickets to the University Morning Exercises and three (3) tickets to the HGSE Diploma Ceremony. Tickets for the HGSE Diploma Ceremony are digital tickets that will be delivered to graduates in early-mid May. Tickets for the Harvard University Morning Exercises are physical tickets that must be picked up in the Student and Academic Support Center on the 2nd floor of Gutman Library beginning in mid-May.

 

 



###    Does having a ticket to an event guarantee me a seat?  expand\_more  

No. A ticket provides entry to an event, but does not guarantee a seat at the event.

 

 



###    Can I get more tickets to the Harvard University Morning Exercises?  expand\_more  

No, all graduates only receive 2 tickets for the morning, university-wide commencement.

###    Can I get more tickets to the HGSE Diploma Ceremony?  expand\_more  

Graduates who do not intend to utilize their full allotment of tickets are welcome to share them with classmates. Note that the attempted purchase or sale of Commencement tickets is prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action.

 

 



###    Do young children need tickets?  expand\_more  

Yes (over 5 years old). Tickets are required for all guests attending the Harvard University Morning Exercises and HGSE Diploma Ceremony. Please be aware that strollers are not allowed in Tercentenary Theatre for the Morning Exercises.
