#  What state should I vote in? 

 



If you have a valid residence in both Massachusetts and another state, you have a choice of where you want to cast your ballot. Make sure you are registered in the state you intend to vote in!

If you previously registered in another state, but you no longer live there, you need to register to vote in Massachusetts (or whichever state you actually do have a residence)**.** In most cases, doing so will automatically invalidate your previous registration elsewhere, but if you want to be sure, look [here for a cancellation form for your former state](https://www.eac.gov/voters/voter-registration-cancellations).
