Community and Culture at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) encompasses the intersectionality of the human experience and includes qualities such as race, gender, ethnicity, physical ability, nationality, age, religion, sexual orientation, first generation status in higher education, economic status, and veteran status. These and other important socially and historically marginalized attributes reflect the complexity of our increasingly diverse student body, local community, and worldwide population.

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all members of our community and we seek to promote and celebrate the various identities, thoughts and experiences that our students bring to campus.
